 The word "resilience" holds deep personal significance to me because it embodies my ability to overcome challenges and grow through adversity. I’ve faced moments of doubt, loss, and uncertainty, but each time, resilience has been my guiding force. It’s not about avoiding hardship, but about finding the strength to rise, adapt, and learn from difficult experiences. Whether dealing with burnout during my early career or personal loss, resilience has taught me that growth often comes from the toughest moments. This word reminds me that even in the face of struggle, I have the inner strength to move forward and rebuild.

 prompt: I once had to give a presentation in front of a large audience, and I was terrified of forgetting my lines and stumbling.
