step out of comfort zone
There was a moment when I had to give a presentation in front of a large group at work, and I had never spoken to so many people before. My heart raced, and my hands were clammy, but I pushed through, focusing on the message rather than my nerves. By the end, I realized I had not only survived but felt empowered, knowing I could handle more than I thought.
Today in class we read chapters 10-11 and wrote a letter of advice
I liked the activity of advice because it made me try to empathize with the characters emotions and actions
