 Today we wrote a paragraph that was an argument for or against social media effecting teenagers. I chose that it effects teens negatively due to its effects on mental health.

which time do you prefer

 prompt response prefer Standard Time the most. While Daylight Savings Time gives longer evenings, I find that the shift can throw off my routine and make it harder to adjust to the new schedule. Standard Time feels more natural to me, with earlier sunrises and a more consistent rhythm throughout the day.
