which time do you prefer

 prompt response prefer Standard Time the most. While Daylight Savings Time gives longer evenings, I find that the shift can throw off my routine and make it harder to adjust to the new schedule. Standard Time feels more natural to me, with earlier sunrises and a more consistent rhythm throughout the day. It also feels less rushed, especially in the winter when the days are shorter, and the cozy, slower pace of Standard Time seems to match the season. I enjoy the sense of balance it brings, and it makes me feel more in sync with the world around me.
