 A truth I fail to accept is that Donald trump is the president elect. Donald trump is a felon and someone who has ongoing cases. These cases are serious charges and as president he will simply pardon himself. There are some-pros to him being president like peace coming to the world due to the fact that he is Putin's dog but for our country this is terrible. We read an article about precautions to take on the internet. The article was very interesting as it talks about the tools google and other search engines do to trap you in there loop

 An adventure I would want to go on is into the jungles of Brazil. I am interested in this journey because I want to uncover the truths of the wilderness. I want to see an anaconda in real life and fight it. I have a theory that if an anaconda wraps around you and you stick knives outwards towards it the knives would pierce the snake and they would die. I also want to see pink dolphins because I don't believe they exist. today we read road not taken individually and annotated for the first time without the teacher. the poem explains how different decision can effect your future. The annotations were kind of simple to me because at my old school we focused a lot on analysis.

Something I will never fully understand is time. Time is a way that we use to measure how long something takes or just to track. I don't understand why we look at it the way we do. Who decided that there are 24 ours in a day. Whoever decided that there was 24 hours did that person also set up the system that made it that there are 60 seconds in a minute and 60 minutes in an hour. Today in class we sat down then read the poem birches we also annotated it. This class we taught me how to fully annotate poems. The poem talks about how adults sometimes need to reset to their childhood to relive stress.

 Prompt response: Something I wish I had more of was money. At a young age as a growing boy I am already thinking of the future wondering how I will be able to feed my family. I understand money doesn't bring happiness but it can make you feel good know that you are using money to help people you love. Summary: today in class we worked on our presentation. Reflection: the Presentation is going well I am almost done. The presentation is basically used the theme from the poem that we read last class. The goal is to show examples of the transformations beauty can make 

 Prompt response: A time I had unexpected kindness was at lakeside. It was my first day and I sat alone at lunch. Then this other new guy sat with me and we talked for a while and became good friends. This was unexpected because I thought no one would talk to me  Summary: Today we analyzed nothing gold can stay and did a work sheet on transformations  Reflection: the poem talked about how you can see beauty in every and that beauty doesn't stay forever. The work sheet helped us Brain storm examples of have we can see beauty then our options change after seeing the other side 

 Prompt response: a feeling that took me by surprise was when I saw my dream car. It was a Lamborghini. I was 6 years old visiting Los Angeles and I saw a Lambo while walking down Hollywood. when I saw the car I didn't know how to react I was just in shock. Summary: today we read out out by Robert frost. and analysed it. Reflection: I didn't really understand the poems main them but I understood hwy we analyzed it the way we did

 Prompt response: A time I felt lost was my first day of school. I was a new student with no friends in a new school. The layout of the school was confusing and it was hard to find my way around. All of my previous schools in a way that had more floors going up wards and each grade level had their own section. Now I feel like the schools structure is better because I'm used to it. Summary: Today in class we did a vocabulary assignment. That taught us new words and also taught us what synonyms go with the words.   Reflection: I learned a new word to describe something that is special to a certain region. The word endemic is used to describe something that is special to a region. Now it makes sense why when a country has an outbreak in sickness they call it an epidemic. 

 Prompt Response: A place I never wanted to leave was my bed. My bed is the perfect place. I have sheets and blankets all tailored to my comfort. Every morning during the week is a struggle as I am forced to leave the place I love. My bed is best at 10:00 pm thats when the pillows are the coldest the sheets are the warmest and when I'm the most tired summary: Today in class we continued our one pager. We had started this last class Reflection: I didn't get to finish it within the class period so I will finish it for homework

 Today in class we worked on a one pager. A one pager is a visual assignment talking about about a story. We did the one pager on ambush by Tim O'Brian.

 Today in class we read another short story. The story talked about a soldier who had to make the decision whether to tell his daughter that he killed someone at war. The soldier didn't feel easy about the fact he killed her. 

 Today we continued our project. We were supposed to present today but we didn't so instead we worked on discussion questions on canvas. I finished these questions 

 Today we continued working on our project. I finished my part today so I revised for the presentation next class.

 Today we started reading the rock pile and commenced our project. Each person has a role and I am the summarizer.
